Homemade Pizza!

I just discovered the whole wheat pizza dough at Trader Joe’s. Huzzah! Pizza is so fun to make. Just look how fun this is! I don’t know how to make pizza dough from scratch, but I know with this fresh stuff, you have to let it sit for twenty minutes once you take it out of the package. After that, have fun stretching it out and throwing it in the air! And be sure to use lots of extra flour while you do it. This pizza pictured features tomato sauce from a jar, canned green olives sliced, red onions, mushrooms, pepperoni (on Richard’s side) and anchovies. The cheese is Monterey Jack, which seems to be Californian for mozzarella. And it’s topped with sprinkled Romano cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for twelve minutes. Yum!

That is SO funny Sue – I will definitely LINK to it, if not try it myself soon : ) The funny thing is I was planning to go on cheeseandtoast to see if you made pizza dough at some point because I know you make other kinds of bread. Then I got too lazy and didn’t look. And now look at this! My laziness rewarded! Will I get notices about your foodnetwork posts or do I have to sign up somewhere else for that? Food Network! Go Sue!
